Start by viewing our Pricing Guide, browse our designs and then submit an enquiry.

Once received, we’ll review your wedding details and be in touch to discuss your vision and special requests before sending an invoice for a deposit.

Design & Approve

After your deposit is confirmed, we’ll work closely with you to bring your stationery to life with digital proofs.

You’ll have the chance to review and approve everything before it goes to print.

Print, Pack & Deliver

Your approved designs are then professionally printed, inspected for quality, and carefully packaged.

All orders include complimentary shipping or pick-up at our Melbourne-based studio.

Design Process

When should we order our wedding invitations?

For Vietnamese weddings, it is common to give 4-6 weeks notice or more for interstate, however, we recommend 8-12 weeks to allow time for artwork approvals and for your guests to RSVP

We recommend getting in touch 2-4 weeks before you plan to send your invitations, however, reaching out earlier allows for a more relaxed, stress-free process.

Please allow an additional two weeks for letterpress and gold foil finishes.

How long does the design and production process take?

Semi-custom designs typically take 1–2 weeks for design and 1–3 weeks for printing after approval.

Custom designs may take 2–4 weeks for design, depending on complexity and revisions.

Do we get to see a proof before printing?

Yes. You will receive digital proofs to review and approve before printing begins.

How many revision rounds are included?

All bookings include 3 rounds of revisions. Extra rounds with an extra fee can be added if required.

When to Order

Save the Dates

8-12 MONTHS OUT

While not a traditional part of Vietnamese weddings, Save the Dates can be helpful for modern celebrations that fall on public holidays, peak seasons, or involve travel, allowing guests time to plan ahead.

INVITATIONS

5 MONTHS OUT

We recommend placing your order 5–6 months before your wedding so invitations can be shared around 3 months prior. This allows time for artwork approvals, print production and for your guests to RSVP.

ON THE DAY ITEMS & SIGNAGE

1-2 MONTHS

It's common for seating plans and guest lists to change right up until the end but, we can still start your design process a few months in advance to lock in the creative direction and allow for any final refinements made closer to production. Orders should go for print at least 3 weeks before your event.

Customisation

Do you offer bilingual invitations?

Yes. Bilingual invitations are one of our specialties. We offer English-only, Vietnamese-only, or Vietnamese + English wording across all designs collections.

Can we customise colours, wording, or fonts?

Yes! Semi-custom designs allow you to adjust colours, layout, and wordings.

What print methods do you offer?

Digital (colour), gold toner, white ink, foil, letterpress, and embossing (options vary depending on design).

Production & Delivery

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders are available depending on our capacity. Fees apply.

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you require a rush order so we can confirm we are able to deliver your items in time.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Curated sample packs are available to purchase via email.

What paper types do you use?

We use premium, designer-grade card stock chosen for its luxurious feel, print quality, and sustainability. Our range includes smooth, textured, cotton, pearlescent, and handmade-style papers 300gsm +.

Many of our papers are FSC® certified, recycled, or made using eco-conscious processes such as carbon-neutral production, chlorine-free pulping, and responsible sourcing, giving you beautiful stationery with a lower environmental impact.

Do invitations come assembled?

No, however they can be pre-assembled upon request. Additional fees apply.

Pricing & Policies

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on your chosen design, quantity, paper type, print method, and any finishing options such as foil or wax seals. Once your selections are confirmed, a personalised quote will be provided.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom and personalised nature of wedding stationery, we do not accept returns or exchanges on invitations or printed items.

Do you require a deposit or full payment upfront?

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and commence design work. The remaining balance is due after you have reviewed and approved your final proof, and before production begins.

What if there is an error with my order?

If there is a printing or production error caused by us, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable solution where appropriate.

What happens after I approve my proof?

Once a proof is approved, responsibility for spelling, dates, and details transfers to the client. Printing will proceed as approved, so we recommend reviewing all proofs carefully before confirming.
